Year 12 Printmaking Portfolio - 2014
For Year Twelve in high school I took Art: Printmaking. Printmaking was a combination of dry-point etchings, stencils, and woodcuts, as well as paintings and pencil drawing. We were given seven months to make an art board - which was enough art to cover the area of approximately two A1 pieces of paper- with a theme that was consistent, yet developed over the course of the board. For my theme I looked at the reversal of nature and mechanics.
For this board I was awarded Creative Flair in Visual Art (2014, at Hamilton Girls' High School).
